Welcome I'm Geoff.... a commission artist
Sounds interesting, but a bit grand - and likely to be expensive.
Hey I should be so lucky. This is South Wales, and I'm trying to earn a living!
So what's it all about?
Well I offer an alternative to buying a ready made piece in a shop or gallery. From having a chat about what you'd really like, I can create a painting which is absolutely you. Something so personal - a commissioned piece.
The subject matter is just as you wanted; the size made to fit that particular wall; the colours reflect the rest of your decor; and the style is the way you think. That's what we're aiming for, and failure isn't on my list.
Now that does sound expensive. Nope. It could be, but it doesn't have to be. There are no middlemen involved, so we're starting from rock bottom.
Check out my stock paintings for sale on this site. They are less than the cost of many a non descript print which has been very well marketed.
Yet everything I create is totally unique - you can't get much more exclusive than an issue size of one!
Just give me a call. Come and have a look at some examples I have - or I'd be happy to call by and show you a few. It's no big deal - really as simple and casual as that. If you think we could do something fine. I'd be glad for a chat and happy to leave you thinking things over. No hard sell in my world of art.
(Did I mention I make all my own frames, stretch my own canvas. Hence I can accommodate any size you may want to fit a particular space. Either modern frameless canvas, or traditional framed panel look. I only use the finest materials throughout. Unfortunately my paintings will last longer than I will).

To Small. Small would fit inside the wheelrim. This painting won't fit in my car. I would be happy to bring along any piece of work to show you - but Rattie is my only car, and smaller than a Mini. Am therefore happy for you and family to visit my studio/home (it's really a workshop pretending to be a home), where you can view these site paintings.

Please don't let the prices you see lead you to believe these works are in any way inferior. It is merely a reflection of my go it alone approach, wanting to meet and deal with my customers direct. Work of this standard in a gallery would sit happily at three or four times these figures.
